This is an archive of emblems that I design as an ongoing personal project.
Embroidered patches for space missions have been around since the early days of human spaceflight. They serve as a symbol of human curiosity, innovation and as a way to honor these ambitious projects.

Gaia is on a mission to chart a three-dimensional map of the Milky Way, surveying more than a billion stars. 99% of these stars haven’t been mapped accurately before. The space observatory was launched in 2013 and its originally five-year mission duration got extended by ESA until 2025.
