This is an archive of emblems that I design as an ongoing personal project.

Embroidered patches for space missions have been around since the early days of human spaceflight. They serve as a symbol of human curiosity, innovation and as a way to honor these ambitious projects.

The Hubble Space Telescope has significantly changed our understanding of the universe with its discoveries. Many of the most iconic images of space were captured by this telescope, like The Hubble Ultra Deep Field (a view of nearly 10,000 galaxies) or The Pillars of Creation (a remarkable formation of interstellar gas and dust).

The observatory was launched in 1990 and is after over 30 years still in operation. Due to its position in low Earth orbit it is the only space telescope that can be maintained by astronauts.
