This is an archive of emblems that I design as an ongoing personal project.

Embroidered patches for space missions have been around since the early days of human spaceflight. They serve as a symbol of human curiosity, innovation and as a way to honor these ambitious projects.

Since 2003 the Spitzer Space Telescope has helped to study exoplanets, comets and galaxies in the early universe. The infrared telescope was one of the first telescopes to directly capture light from an exoplanet. In 2009 a new huge ring around Saturn was discovered thanks to Spitzer. On January 30th, 2020 the mission came to an end, ten years later than originally planned.
